News Advisory: Libraries Together Press Conference Release Date: 02/25/2005 Contact: LaWanda Roudebush, Director, Davenport Public Library, 326-7837 Who: Directors of Public Libraries in Scott County What: Press conference to launch Together: The Public Libraries of Scott County and the Public Plan for the Future When: Tuesday, March 1, 2005, 2:30 p.m. Where: First Amendment Room, Scott County Library, 200 North 6th Avenue, Eldridge Why: The four libraries in Scott County are undertaking an innovative and groundbreaking ten-month study to identify ways to provide more efficient services, collaborate more effectively and learn about public attitudes towards libraries. Consensus, a Kansas City-based non-profit organization, will spearhead the project.
